Kim Newman
Kim Newman (born 31 July 1959[1]) wrote the Telos novella Time and Relative.
He also contributed to The Dalek Tapes, a documentary released on the Genesis of the Daleks DVD. A decade later, extracts form the same interview, along with previously unused material, was used for the documentary Servants & Masters on the newly animated The Power of the Daleks DVD and Blu-ray.
He was also interviewed on the first series of Doctor Who Confidential, as well as the documentary All's Wells That Ends Wells (released on The Ark DVD).

In 1995, before his Doctor Who involvement, Newman published the novel The Bloody Red Baron, which included an appearance by Lady Jennifer Buckingham, a character from The War Games.
