The Kirbili of the planet Kirbili were a race of beings that existed in the distant past.
Thirteen million years prior to the 21st century, they discovered how to tap into the Lux Aeterna using an energy converter, but never put the technology to practice. A few centuries later they wiped themselves out during a "facile argument." The Time Lords harvested their information and stored it in the Matrix, afterwards forgetting about it for billenia until the Master discovered it. (PROSE: The Quantum Archangel)
