The Knyy'ds were an extremely violent species. A cultural trait of their species held that if any sharp or pointed object was removed from its sheath or cover, it had to be used before it could be put away.
The Knyy'ds sent J'Kdy'nn as their ambassador to Beedle to stake their claim to the ruins that were discovered there. He and his retinue tried to steal the ruins, but discovered they were fake, and their getaway was foiled by a game of Centauran twister. (PROSE: Beedlemania)
