Millidar belonged to the Korvax First Brood, (AUDIO: New Girl) the dynasty of Korvax. They were overthrown and travelled as refugees to Earth, (AUDIO: Uprising) where Torchwood One allowed them to live in London. (AUDIO: New Girl) Rachel Allan later set them up in a Cosy Night Budget Hotel, an arrangement that they found disagreeable. (AUDIO: Uprising)
