Lagrange

Lagrange was part of the French Revolution who was tasked with killing peasants across the country in cold blood. He asked the First Doctor to look after one of his men. Later he ordered Vicki Pallister's death for apparently letting the rebels in. He later thought that the owner of the chateau was calling her "rebel" friends when the house was set alight. The Doctor told him that the person that was haunting them could have been from the hospital he had burnt down. (AUDIO: Fields of Terror)
