Lisa Drake's father

Lisa Drake's father was friends with UNIT/NA Colonel Martin. His daughter Lisa was born in 1956 in Los Angeles. It was through him that, in 1975, Lisa heard about Martin's work colleague, the Scientific Advisor known as "the Colonel", who had an uncanny knowledge of history (as befitting of an undercover Time Lord). Fascinated, Lisa Drake convinced her father to take her to visit the Colonel, during which house call Lisa ended up discovering the Colonel's TARDIS and convincing him to take the young woman on as a companion.
