Lomand was a Trion spacecraft captain.
He was sent to rescue the inhabitants of Sarn before the volcano destroyed their village. He told Vislor Turlough that he and Malkon had been pardoned by the new government of Trion and that they were both free to return home. (TV: Planet of Fire)
