Luci Ernaga was a reader of the website Who is Doctor Who?.

In 2006, prior to the London UFO crash, Luci reported to Who is Doctor Who? that her grandmother had an old photo of her dog she had as a kid, playing near a park bench in Portugal. Luci pointed out that behind the dog one could see the feet of someone sitting on the bench, a girl wearing a tracksuit and trainers, which she asked if they had in the 1920s.
