Lucy was a member of Torchwood Three in the 1960s alongside Captain Turner, Charles Cromwell, Kenneth Valentine, Lucia Moretti, and freelance agent Jack Harkness.
She joined in 1967 and was part of the cleanup operation after the KVI substation was discovered in Cardiff. (PROSE: Trace Memory)
