Malcolm Harbottle

Malcolm Harbottle was a Kleptorodon. He was wanted for stealing galaxies and put in a prison for stealing Inter-Minor.
After escaping prison, he arrived at the Lavender House Retirement Home to steal from the residents. He was stopped by Chas Baxter, whom he attacked, and taken into custody by the Second Doctor and Jamie McCrimmon. (PROSE: The Christmas Presence)
