Maurice Vallan
Commander Vallan of the Fourth Movellan Strategic Fleet, (AUDIO: The Dalek Gambit) known on Earth as Maurice Vallan, (AUDIO: The Movellan Manoeuvre, The Dalek Gambit) was a Movellan who led an invasion of Earth in the 1970s as part of the Dalek-Movellan War. He was not a native of this time zone, instead coming from a point several centuries into the Dalek-Movellan War. (AUDIO: The Dalek Gambit)
He worked with Suzanne Clare to create the Robo-Helper 2000 as part of the invasion plans. When Clare was kidnapped by Ian Gilmore he accelerated the plans. He duplicated Rachel Jensen as apart of his plans ans got this duplicate to try and kill Rachel. He used his deal with Clare to be able to manufacture more Movellans to invade by stealth. He was caught in the explosion that Gilmore used to destroy his signal. He escaped before Allison Williams set off the Electromagnetic pulse. (AUDIO: The Movellan Manoeuvre) Knowing that his presence on Earth was known, he wanted to get his troops off Earth. He told Toby Kinsella that they wanted to use the planet as a factory to create masses of the Movellans for the war. He traced the Dalek ship and took the Counter-Measures to it. He was damaged by the Dalek and completely malfunctioned before he could activate the forcefield to stop the bomb. (AUDIO: The Dalek Gambit)
