Megan Tegg
Doctor Megan Tegg was Owen Harper's ex-girlfriend.
Megan was Owen's girlfriend during his college years in London. Among other things, they had a kebab-throwing competition in Woodrow Road, bought Hawaiian Seductions at the Kington Club, and had sex at the college ball. Megan wanted to get married, but as Owen wasn't interested in a long term relationship, he walked out on her.
Megan published a couple of papers and moved to the Whitchurch area of Cardiff, where she worked as a Senior House Officer at Cardiff Royal Infirmary.
After reconnecting with her through Second Reality six years after they broke up, Owen tried to recruit her for Torchwood Three. Unfortunately, they were tricked into having Bruydac control devices implanted in them. Megan was sent to retrieve the uranium cores that Guy Wildman failed to bring back.
When Jack Harkness realised that Megan was possessed by the same being as Guy had been, she threatened to smash two of the cores together to cause a small atomic explosion. Jack shot her in the head and killed her to prevent this. (PROSE: Another Life)
