Mufl
Mufl was the ruler (PROSE: Death to Mufl) of the Mufl Empire. (PROSE: Placebo Effect)
For some time, it was thought that attempts on Mufl's life were being made by the rebel species of the Hiinds, who lived on the surface of Vegan, from which Mufl ruled his empire. Indeed, the Second Doctor was once accused by Captain J'nk of attempting to assassinate Mufl, but was later proven innocent. However, J'nk actually wanted to assassinate Mufl himself and subsequently hypnotised the Doctor into assassinating Mufl. J'nk was found out and Mufl informed and the Hiinds deemed innocent of this particular crime. (PROSE: Death to Mufl) Despite this, the Hiinds remained rebels, and the Mufl Empire was eventually toppled by the them in the 40th century. (PROSE: Placebo Effect)
