Muriel Joy was on the train that Cecelia Pollard took to escape Germany before the Second World War.
Cecelia jokingly thought suggested that Muriel was a spy. When a divergent timeline converged with the correct timeline, she was left on the train with Romana II and the rest of the Time Lords whilst Leela and Cecelia were on the other. She later managed to jump from one timeline to another. When she tried to get her purchase, she was revealed to be a metamorph. She was aiming on buying Cecelia from Arkadian so that Cecelia could be sold to a private collector of Nazi memorabilia. (AUDIO: A Blind Eye)
