Niles Redfearn was a marksman.
He had a Presley colonies accent. His reactions were genetically augmented so he would never miss a target. He shot Huvan through the heart, but was killed by Huvan's psychic powers that had been amplified by the higher dimensions. (PROSE: Tomb of Valdemar)
