A nurse worked for the Company on Pluto.

The nurse informed Cordo — via an oval-shaped hatch in a corridor — that his father had died.
When Cordo offered the nurse the Golden Death tax payment, she told him that he had to report to Gatherer Hade's office to do this, before slamming the hatch shut. (TV: The Sun Makers)

- The nurse is given a little more to do in Terrance Dicks's novelisation of the story than is shown on-screen: when Cordo asks for news of his dying father, the nurse looks up the details on a computer screen before telling him.
