Pallister was a chief councillor and the de facto leader of Sunday City, a colony on the planet Sunday. Pallister was not popular with the Sundayan settlers, as he ruled harshly and had used underhanded tactics to get to his position. Pallister was kidnapped, along with Councillor Dory Chan, by otters under the control of the swamp monster. (PROSE: Wetworld)
