Patriarch Two was the alias used by the Patriarch of the Dark Peaks Lodge when he and the Patriarchs of the other Lodges were summoned to Micawber's World in 3999 by Green Fingers to discuss his lodge's conduct, in particular their activity on Micawber's World in spite of having been banned from operating on the planet. He used the voice of a mid-35th-century Chelonian politician for his communicator, and gesticulated frequently when speaking. He believed that the Foamasi had become weak and lost their drive to rule. His plans to overthrow the Galactic Federation were interrupted when he was shot in the head by Gielgud, killing him instantly. (PROSE: Placebo Effect)
