Perigord Trent

Perigord Trent was a judge, normally in a criminal court but had to do civil cases. He got annoyed when The Doctor's TARDIS landed in court and had it imprisoned. He presided on the trial on whether to destroy the Earth or not. He didn't believe Romana II and Igor Tragacanth had seen the Children of Pyxis. He loved to take lunch. Romana took him on fact finding mission to Earth where he learnt that there is intelligent life on the planet. He then travelled back in time and gave testimony that ensured the planet's survival. Unfortunately, he was then executed by his own younger self for trespassing on the planet. (AUDIO: The Doomsday Contract)
