Former Administrator Posedor led the Congress of Galactic Ecologists in a blockade of Throxill aboard the Future Hope in 2594. The Dellah News Network cited this as a problem for Posedor's former boss, Admin-Proctor Lucinda Vrana, during her reelection campaign. (PROSE: Deadfall)
