File Quadrant27787 was UNIT's documentation of the incident on 28 July 1987 in which an N-Form based in the Quadrant killed over 11,000 inhabitants of Great Britain.
J. Buckley wrote a chapter entitled "lithopaedian" on the freak occurrence involving Eva Jericho's biological child.
Shortly before 18 December 1999, James Greco stole the hard copy of the section of Quadrant27787 that covered the Seventh Doctor's involvement in the incident.
On 27 July 2017, the file was being prepared to be closed. Marcie Hatter wrote a short memo on Jacob Tyler and Sally Hunt's actions being the factors that led to the incident occurring.
