According to the Thirteenth Doctor, Quantifer was a little settlement located on the edge of the known universe which was host to a permanent New Year's Eve which was celebrated every day, claiming that they had the best balloons. The Doctor suggested Quantifer as the 20th consecutive New Year for Team TARDIS to experience, only to be interrupted by an alarm from Earth. (TV: Resolution)
