Rassilon regenerated (PROSE: Lords and Masters [+]Loading...["Lords and Masters (short story)"]) after being attacked by the Master. (TV: The End of Time [+]Loading...["The End of Time (TV story)"])
After his attempt to initiate the Final Sanction was thwarted by the Tenth Doctor, (TV: The End of Time [+]Loading...["The End of Time (TV story)"]) Rassilon's battle with the "Saxon" Master caused him to regenerate, (PROSE: Pandoric's Box [+]Loading...["Pandoric's Box (short story)"]) reportedly because the Master "shoved White Point Stars down his throat". Rassilon screamed all the way through the regeneration, so much that Ohila had to make him "a special draft of potion" to help. (PROSE: Lords and Masters [+]Loading...["Lords and Masters (short story)"]) Rassilon emerged as a new incarnation who was eventually banished from Gallifrey by the Twelfth Doctor.
