Reticek IV was a planet. It was uninhabited, and constantly [statement unclear].
Admiral Karen Brett received a mysterious message to go to Reticek IV. When she got there, a hologram of Paul Hunt appeared to her and told her about the Scorpius project. As well as this they saw a hologram of a Cyberman. (AUDIO: Scorpius)
