Robert Collins was an elderly soldier in the Home Guard which was part of the Master's experiments. He was ordered to arrest Jamie McCrimmon for spying by the Second Doctor. He later shot Ben Jackson when Polly Wright couldn't. He died as part of the fighting. (AUDIO: The Home Guard)
