Rosenbloom reported to a health panel during Miracle Day in 2011 that the 50% of babies that would be miscarried aren't and worried that those with a genetic abnormality which wouldn't make it to full term would now do so. He suggested putting contraceptives in the water like India and mainland China were doing. (TV: Dead of Night)
