Rurif Island

Rurif Island, under the jurisdiction of the city of Bikugih, was the location where the First Doctor was scheduled to be imprisoned for a supposed attempt to end Venusian society. In reality it was the Sou(ou)shi that were trying to do this, and the Doctor was freed by Lighibu before his arrival on the island. (PROSE: Venusian Lullaby)
