Sam Hallett

Sam Hallett was a blogger in his early 20s during the 2000s. He wrote the conspiracy theory blog The Eye of Providence, and also had a YouTube channel and Instagram account. At conspiracy theorist George Wilson's event in Cardiff, Sam ended up sitting next to Jack Harkness, who was posing as a reporter. Sam recognised him as a member of Torchwood from pictures his friends had taken around Cardiff. He followed him after the event. Jack told him not to get involved.
Kate Wilson, a member of the Committee, forced him to create a suicide note video and upload it, then made it looked like he killed himself. (AUDIO: The Conspiracy)
