Sandra was a tenant at Ritz Tower.
She and her wife Andrea were top hunters of Bilis Manger. Their wins gained them number 149 on the 22nd floor. However, they still wanted a better apartment with a view of Cardiff Bay.
They targeted St John Colchester and his husband Colin Colchester-Price, who were not aware of the deadly nature of the dinners. When St John and Colin split, Sandra went after Colin. She cut him before St John arrived, tricked her and threw her down from the roof of the building. (AUDIO: A Kill to a View)
