Sandra Cho (PROSE: The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith) was a registrar who worked as a vicar at a church in Ealing in 2009. She was to marry Sarah Jane Smith to Peter Dalton, but the Tenth Doctor intervened. When time was restored and Peter was killed, she watched Sarah Jane walk away.
