Sandra Lopez was a translator who worked for the CIA in 2011. She was fluent in English and Spanish as well as Rioplatense Spanish.
Sandra became category one along with Allen Shapiro and Noah Vickers when Charlotte Wills detonated a bomb. She most likely died when the Miracle was negated. (TV: The Blood Line)
