Scaramancer
Scaramancer was a leader of a pirate clan. She ordered her ship to find survivors of a chronostorm. She raided the Domdaniel and accosted the Mr Seta. She thought that the Time Lords were the wrong side of the war and that the Daleks had principles. She was a survivor of the Siege of Saracassar as she reluctantly agreed to come with her. As a survivor she was susceptible to power surges due to the fall out of the battle. She told Dorada that she was looking for survivors and in return she told her about her mission for the Doctor. She believed the story the Doctor told him about being swapped with the Master's body. She wanted revenge over the guilt of her sister's death during the siege. She remembered guilt and the Master's torture of showing her first hand Peeler's death due to the vapours on the planet Nostrum. She told the Doctor how the Master studied her grief as a curiosity, and that she took the name Scaramancer as a form of defence. She wanted to know if he was born cruel or learnt it. She used the Doctor's honest face to realise that he was back in his original body. She then listened to him to use her genetic anomaly due to her surviving the way to stop the cognition shift.
