The Shining Dawn Corporation was a front for Axos. It was owned by Mr Kin during the 21st century. They supported the drinks company Goruda, which manufactured "Brain Tonic". They planned to use the drink to help take over the Earth. Their plan was stopped by the Eleventh Doctor. (COMIC: The Golden Ones)
