Steven Berkoff (born 8 August 1937[1]) played the Shakri hologram in the Doctor Who story The Power of Three.

He was previously considered for the role of Commander Vorshak in Warriors of the Deep (TCH 38) and Ratcliffe in Remembrance of the Daleks. (TCH 44)
