Stillwell was a captain in UNIT, who helped the Seventh Doctor and Ace when searching through the vaults of the Forge facility. After the Doctor died Nobody No-One was trapped in his mind and he felling into a coma with every vital sign reading 45. He became a Story Speaker. (AUDIO: A Death in the Family)
