Sunny Glade was a bed and breakfast in Bramfield New Town run by Miss Barnett. It had three bedrooms and, unlike its nearest competitor, offered both continental breakfast and a full English.
DCI Harry Finch and DS Joseph booked rooms at Sunny Glade when they went to Bramfield to investigate the disappearance of Peter Andrews, as did the Third Doctor and Jo Grant. As the Doctor and Jo were unmarried, Miss Barnett had Finch and Joseph share a room so that the other two could sleep separately.
