Sylvester Morand
Sylvester Morand voiced General Alexander Bruce in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Roof of the World.

A stalwart of British television, his career stretches back to at least the mid-1960s, when he guested on the science fiction anthology Out of the Unknown. He became better known in the 1970s, however, when he played Nikolai Rostov, a leading role in War and Peace, the adaptation of the novel that starred Anthony Hopkins.
Among the many roles in which he appeared after War and Peace are turns in Robert Banks Stewart's Bergerac, Squadron, The Ruth Rendell Mysteries and the 2003 film adaptation of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.
