The Middleman

The Middleman was the coordinator on Formicia. He organised the Middle and told Constance Clarke what to do when she went there. He sent people of the End to a war against the Kronvos. He sent an execution drone to kill Flip Jackson to punish the Sixth Doctor. The Doctor discovered that the Middleman was experimenting with society and then ordered the End to kill the Beginning, so that the experiment can start all over again. He then escaped the planet.
