The Oracle was an employee of the Prison who ran Level 7. He was often drunk. He enjoyed making vague predictions about the future which rarely came true and if by chance they did, he loved to say, "I told you so." He was loathed by the Governor and Bentley. (PROSE: The Blood Cell)
