The Perfect Scenario was a two-part DVD documentary. Unlike most documentaries, it was told as a story set in a fictional version of the real world wherein someone from the 26th century researches two episodes of Season 10. Interview footage was presented in a fictional context, with some interviews attributed to fictional documentaries from years after The Perfect Scenario was produced.
