Thrasyllus
Thrasyllus was an astrologer who was an adviser of Tiberius. Thrasyllus often visited the wine shop run by Felix.
One day at the wine shop, a drunk Thrasyllus, who had scribbled his writings on the table, met the Fifth Doctor, who was impressed at Thrasyllus' knowledge of stars and planets. Thrasyllus boasted of changes to come, claiming that he had urged Tiberius to resign, so that he could lead a revolution. However, these events were manipulated by an alien who had taught Thrasyllus how to read the stars in order to alter Earth's history.
After the revolution failed to occur, Thrasyllus left the wine shop, promising that his time would come. (PROSE: Rome)
