Tongue-immobiliser chewing gum disguised as regular gum from Bingleys was a gadget created by MI6 for operatives to use in the field. It was given to Graham O'Brien and Ryan Sinclair by "C" before they investigated VOR CEO Daniel Barton with the Thirteenth Doctor. (TV: Spyfall)
