The Torchwood Emergency Continuity Board was possessed by space eels in the 1950s and worked to have Norton Folgate captured following his escape from Ashenden. They had Lizbeth Hayhoe and Andy Davidson detained in Pinkerton's Lodging Rooms and later told Lizbeth that there was nothing that she could do to stop the Hour of the Hollow Men. (AUDIO: Ashenden)
