The Panopticon/Categories for years visited by the Doctor

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Seeing as the TARDIS can travel through space and time, why not have categories for both locations and years/decades/centuries visited by the Doctor?

E.G. Category:Years visited by the First Doctor
