From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

I've sorted out a version of the page about the title on the lower half of my sandbox page. A couple of questions about this:

  1. Can the page be made right away on Lord Barset and have Barset either "merged" or deleted, or should User:AdricLovesNyssa's version of Barset simply be moved by an admin to Lord Barset?
  2. Does the placement of the infobox where it is on the sandbox make sense? Or should there not be an infobox at all if it's about the title?
