Vimlox was the emperor of Calbaron III and was regarded as a tyrant. In 5083, he was overthrown by the Twelfth Doctor in retaliation for scratching the Doctor's TARDIS. The anniversary of his defeat subsequently became a public holiday. (COMIC: Planet of the Diners)
