A waiter worked at a cafe on Kolpasha. He served the Fourth Doctor and Romana II when they visited the cafe. When he went to clear the table after they left, the waiter found a five pound bill on the table. Realising the Doctor hadn't paid him, he tried to look for them, but they were already out of sight.
