The wiry woman was a Futurekind tribeswoman who somehow infiltrated Silo 16. She sabotaged the power output, delaying the rocket launch and causing the man in the radiation chamber, Jate, to be killed as the radiation could not be held back. The human guards then found and shot her on sight (TV: Utopia)
