In the Dalek City on Skaro, work sections were groups of Blue Daleks. After the Daleks acquired the Thals' anti-radiation drugs, the Black Dalek ordered it be duplicated and given to a work section. However, as the Black Dalek observed with the Red Dalek, it caused the Daleks in that work section to become gravely ill. (NOTVALID: Dr. Who and the Daleks)
