Amy Pond had her own sonic probe that could disable a Handbot, unlock doors and close doors. She built it from her mobile phone and other components from Apalapucia. While initially refusing to refer to her device as such, Amy eventually admitted it was a sonic screwdriver. (TV: The Girl Who Waited)
A Zygon disguised as McGillop came across the probe or an identical object in the Black Archive. (TV: The Day of the Doctor)
